I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. Of course we all have different taste, but patterns still appear in long discussions. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things. I like when a shop clearly shows PD, lens height and bridge width in millimeters.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

For coats and blazers I usually go one size up if I want to layer sweaters under them. I also think about how easy it is to track a parcel once it ships. Metal can feel more premium, but acetate can be more comfortable for long wear. For light summer tops I keep to my normal size to avoid a baggy look. For fashion and clothing I pay attention to fabric thickness and stitching details. A simple pair of glasses or a basic jacket that always works is worth a lot. Whenever I find something that actually works well, I tend to reorder it later. Bad lenses can cause eye strain, reflections and headache when you wear them for hours.
Maybe this is useful for someone.
